Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the jewelry items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Carefully place the jewelry in its original ANI Jewels gift box and secure it within a padded shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our artisans inspect the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 3-5 business days.
