What is your shipping policy?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days, and delivery times range from 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Yes, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Do you offer a warranty on your jewelry?
Every ANI Jewels purchase comes with a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or loss.
